What's the actual reason for you to shave your legs?

if its your first time, use either veet or clippers to get the worst of it off.

After that, some shaving gel and a gilette does it for me, although i've just realised that using veet cream and taking it off with a gilette instead of the spatula leaves them ultimate smooth.

P.s., if its your first time :* , and even occasionally afterwards, expect unbearable itching, so get some cream bought at the same time ๐Ÿ™‚

* i sounded really really gay just there, but i have smooth as f*ck legs and a great tan*

@Scottpat06: The mud doesn't stick so easy, less weight - right?

To get the grit out more easily after a fall.
Clearly you not fallen off.
If you no fall off, you not try hard enough.
Ergo, you is mincer.

I use a gel, but it's not always as smooth as I'd like, sometimes get those red marks which is annoying, especially if I'm rushing it. This cream worth it? You got a link?

Also, I find shaving my legs makes armour much more comfortable to wear, knee pads and shin guards. So really its rad.

I don't know about the road rash/ aerodynamic excuse, but when I'm wearing lycra, the hairs work through the fabric on a long ride and then pull. This hurts and causes itching. Shaving prevents this, I used clippers and my nice safety razor last time. Probably wont do it any time soon, as I'm boxing again, and shaved legs just doesn't "work" in a boxing gym

Ive had plenty falls. I dont think having my legs shaved would be as easy as having a bath and cleaning the dirt out of my cuts with an scrubbing brush.

Feels lush climbing into bed, the feel of the sheets against my freshly shaven legs... oooh. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Hair can stick through Lycra & it does become irritating.

@Scottpat06: lots of mud will weigh a lot more than 4 steel bike bolts, surely? I've heard of more expensive ways to save weight, just saying. Go get the missus's Lady shave, you might like it!

Guys make sooo much fuss about shaving their legs ๐Ÿ™‚ easy - just use a lady shave!

And the real reason ... well guys seem to prefer girls with shaved legs!
