[Closed] Roadie help PF30A and SRAM GXP Crank install

Hi!  Hoping for some hive mind help...

I’ve fitted my sram force22 gxp cranks to my PF30A cannondale supersix evo hi mod (2018). I’ve used the token Ninja PF30A gxp reducer bottom bracket.

I’m getting creaking which I’m 99.9% sure is from the crank/bottom bracket. It’s on the non drive side and occurs under power.

Bb installed and torqued to 40nm as per instructions. I’ve installed the gxp crank to torque also, but can’t get ride of it. I’ve checked the pedals etc.

Any ideas?

I’ve got a wavy washer on the drive side but otherwise no crankset spacers.
