and having your carbon soled shoe then slip off the pedal resulting in ramming your nuts off the top tube 🙁
I'm thinking a strip of rubber on the sole may give a bit of grip. Anyone do similar?

lol! I've just started to not unclip very often now! Plenty of track stand practice 🙂
