Anyone got any good suggestions?
At centre parcs for a week and looking for some challenging hilly routes between 20 and 40 miles suitable for a road bike

Whinfell to Hartside would be a decent run out.
Whinfell up to the golf ball (radar station) in Great Dun Fell is a healthy challenge.
Whinfell to the end of Haweswater Reservoir or Lazonby/Kirkoswald or Mungrisedale or Pooley Bridge/Aira Force/Dockray are all decent road bike runs and hard to get lost to any great degree. There's also the [url= https://www.strava.com/routes/3416874?hl=en-GB ]Eden Valley Sportive route[/url]
