Just back from a quick spin on some local trails in the woods. That's my first ride in two years, I've gone from loving being out, to well not setting foot in the shed, via a really dark and shi##y place. Fingers crossed that's all behind me now, after lots help from Mrs Wookster, and the dear old NHS, and taking back the initiative in work and life balance.

In a fit of daft ness sold my MTB but couldn't part with my CX. So today was the day I got back out!! My goodness you don't know what you've been missing do you!

I'm buzzing having ridden a fun loop, some of which was something I'd only ride on the way to something "Better" got the wheels off the ground ( Just!) only got one corner right! But wow what an amazing daft thing we do!!

Only one pic, not even a good bit but hey ho had to stop as the mobile was calling!! Few months of this then if Im fit enough to and lost enough of the weight I've gained maybe a new MTB is on!
