From a road point of view:
Wiggle French Sportive (if it goes ahead).
Wiggle General Sportives near Goodwood and New Forest

Mountain Biking:
Mountain Mayhem or Bontrager 24/12
Dyfi Enduro
SDW one way
SDW double

Will also hope to do some more riding around about, will go back to stay with the family which will mean riding Doethie, Brechfa etc. Hoping to get back down to Plymouth soon and ride Dartmoor again.

Off road:

South Downs Way in blazing sunshine.
Much more Scotland.
New bits at Lee Quarry.
Conway Mtn down to Llanfairfechan after a long day out.

On road:
Manchester to Blackpool at night.
Hadrians Wall.
An audax. I believe they have better cake than Sportives.
Local CTC ride.

Vortex, tour of Anglesey is excellent ๐Ÿ™‚
We just followed the cycleways from Llanfair PG.
Really quiet roads, about 72 miles, really decent route.

More people than I thought that want to ride on the mynd! You do realise it's mostly flat ๐Ÿ˜‰

I'm looking to do more natural riding this year as opposed to trails centres and hopefully find a club to ride with to get me out to different places on the bike ๐Ÿ™‚

Only "really wanna dos" are Welsh C2C and SDW in a day, otherwise just enjoy riding places I haven't been before and do a lot more bivvying.

Off road:
Cut gate
Long Mynd
Lakes
Snowdon
Tour De Mont Blanc
Hit the North
Bivvy/Wild camping ride somewhere

Road:
Manchester - Blackpool
Ride 100km, maybe 100 miles, depends how I get on
Fancy riding from home to Salcombe (275 miles) over no idea how long, might not work logistically though.

Your welcome to join us on the tour of Anglesey/Conwy/Snowdonia Sue W if you want.

It's the last year that the mother in law has the static on Aberconwy park (the 15 years old and your out rule), so I need to 'fill me boots' with Conwy and local area riding this year.

and cheers for the heads up Rusty Spanner, I quite fancy doing a weekend at the caravan with Anglesey on the Saturday. Pub meal on the Sat night at the White House near Conwy and then up the Valley to Betws-y-Coed, onto Llanberis pass and back to the van on Sunday.

Then I'll need all the following week to recover. ๐Ÿ™„

oh and I forgot HTN mudfest and I'm already entered. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I'll start with the 'Puffer. Anything after that is a breeze.

2 rides I want to do are the up through the Outer Hebrides slowly so I can stop off at various places, especially the archeological sites, and also through Strathnaver hopping off along the many paths.

I'll be in Oz for a few months so I may squeeze in a few 100kms along the Millennium Trail

Nothing really specific.

Just got an idea that in addition to 'usual' local riding (Thetford, Wakerley and local trails), I want to get out further afield at least 1 weekend in 4 to hillier/more interesting stuff within about 2 hours drive or so. On my not-really-thought-through-properly-yet list so far are -

Cannock.
Lee Quarry.
Some natural stuff in the Peaks.
Sheffield.
Dalby.

Up in the Lakes at February 1/2 term (with Zoe so big natural stuff is off limits) so Whinlatter and Grizedale will probably get done, and we are in North Wales next summer so will tick off CYB and 2 or 3 other centres too.

Should also probably try to research and ride more natural stuff - typing it all out there's a lot of centres on my list and not much else.

Still hankering after a round or two of veterans 4X for a (losing by mile) laugh too...

Vortexracing - thanks for the invite. I'd definately be up for that (seem to be becoming more of a road rider / tourer nowadays!) Drop me a line when you're thinking of going.

Had quite a few in mind for a while and it'd be good to cross off a few:
* Southern Upland Way
* Balblair Trail Centre
* Argday - Ullapool
* Corryairick Pass (ideally as part of a Coast to Coast)
* Glen Affric
* Anything in Wales

Still swithering about signing up to do the No Fuss triple- Endurance DH, Tour de Ben Nevis and 10 at Kirroughtree solo. I kind of want to, but not quite there yet...

Other'n that I still want to get a c2c or the west highland way done. And this year I'll complete the Stanes set, since i kept failing to get to Newcastleton last time.

Puffer. 10UTB and Tour de Ben Nevis. For fun I want to do Torridon, a coast to coast and a couple of rides around Mt Keen, Loch Muick because I haven't done them yet. Oh and I'm going to christen the full face I've had for 2 years and never worn - at Fort Bill red and black.

Must get back over to Dumfries, revisit the Stanes over that way. I also must finally get round to Wales to check out Afan, Machynleth etc. Would like to return to The Alps for a week or two, but looks like work schedules wont allow...might have to try to squeeze in a go at the PdS or Megavalanche instead.
On the other hand, i really, really must learn to swim, im gagging to have a go at a Triathlon.

Only things on the list so far are 3 things I meant to do this year

Snowdon
C2C (Whitehaven to Sunderland)
some Bivvy rides

I've been riding mostly natural stuff this year so may try and get a few more trail centres in. Also, I'll be spending a day a week in Dorking next year so hoping to have a look at these Surrey hills everyone keeps going on about.
