I'm 5'6" and 68kg and a medium is a snug fit.

You want a large.

Just got my green jersey and t-shirt in the door. I'm 6' and about 190lb and the large is spot-on for me. I'm not so hot on the symbols for washing instructions ... anyone know if the merinos can be machine washed?

mmmmm, i wouldn't as it may loose its shape, best just hand wash in lukewarm water.

I've got a large and i'm 6'1" and 82Kg, it's long enough but it hasn't got a cycling cut.

Machine wash is fine, cold and wool cycle if you machine has one. Don't tumble dry!
