[hijack] Hi Chris - sent you a lupine passubio a couple of weeks ago - forgot to include any correspondence in the box but my name and address was on the outside. I know you were waiting for drivers (I think) to come in - do you have an ETA on them yet? Cheers Luke

When you have done with it I would like it back to strip and give to the machinist to have a look at as want to try and keep some of the bonkers looks too .

If anyone else wants a try I will swop it for the MK2 and send back out.

Hopefully might get some metal cut before xmas

I have just been officially amazed, you could say I have seen the light!

THE LIGHT TO RULE OTHER LIGHTS AND IN THE DARKNESS BLIND THEM!

to give anyone who cares any idea how good spidereyes is:

You know those cinematic scenes where dim lighting of the protagonists face is then made bright in a rectangle around their eyes?

Well the trail ahead is your scene, and the singletrack is given the perfect, bright rectangle (where bunnies/squirrels and any other living thing will dessicate before your very eyes.

My speed was managed by a brilliant Dream Theatre album running at about 210bpm. Not once did my singlespeed beasting session did I feel like I was going too fast to hold the pace (until I turned it off and relied upon my sturdy exposure 720 lumen candle! ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

OMFG!!!!!!

cheers anthonyb, I've emailed you.

Chris, if by any chance the SpiderEye mk2 happens to be available for demo by Sunday, can you bring it along so I can borrow it? I can then drop off the Cutie demo and SpiderEye MK2 demo on my way home from work a week or two later.
Cheers
Paul

Just think of the fun i had when i was fortune enough to have BOTH of them at the same time...... ๐Ÿ˜›

Only thing was, it was a very wet night and you got the glare back when up on full.......BUT....when the rain stopped and i had them both on max, down through the trees......, TRUELY AWSOME!!!!!!!!!.

So, after coming off the hill and the Spider yes was off, the "Cutie" (now the Dominator) was used for the tarmac back to town. Once there were no cars coming on the A66 i switched it to MAX.....I honestly said " I could drive my car with that" !!!!!!!.

Just thought i`d share that with you all! ๐Ÿ˜€

Just been out tonight for a first ride with the Cutie (Dominator demo?), very impressed with it. There were lots of lights on the ride, so generally happy with it on low for most of the time to not cause shadowing for others. Cranked it up to max occasionally and it is very good, lots of close range flood and very good distance reach. Had it upside down under the handlebars so as not to damage it, which was commented as probably not the best way, with it having a bit of a shroud. Will probably try it out again, on my own, on more of a mince ride, with it upright on the bars.
