We are off to Flixton in North Yorkshire in a few weeks, we are taking the bikes, planning a visit to Dalby forest...
Any other must visit trails/routes/places etc fairly close by?

Aye, go to Dalby and while you're there pop in to Purple Mountain and buy this

Hole of Horcum (fnar fnar) is worth a look
