Down here a lot with work is it worth bringing my bike down for some evening fittness, if so are there any regular club rides?

Talk to the chaps in ralphies (station road). They used to do a Tuesday night road ride and quantocks MTB rides pretty often.
Or talk to sharki/knottie/Dibbs.

Sorry droitwich in worstershire (not sure of the spelling) south west of Birmingham

Not too much locally, some nice canals, lickey hills, clent and wyre forest not too far away
