I have 1 stealth which (after 5 years of service) has started to dip a bit

It's now surplus to requirements, so would like to service it so it's back to full working order, and then sell it on.

Assume I need a seal kit and IFP tool - anything else needed? Is there a decent onlien guide to the job that's specific to the stealth?

SRAM videos seem to be mainly for the standard post - and the service kits too.

forget about videos this'll see you right,

You'll need some good soft jaws for the vice and a way of measuring the fluid height, I used a piece of copper pipe and silicon hose attached to a syringe.

Yes, you will need the IFP tool.

Read the service manual a couple of times to try and understand it. It makes a lot more sense when everything is out in front of you and it's not that complicated.

Edit
If your post is 5 years old it'll probably be needing a new top cap as the bush will be worn.

Cool, thanks for all that.

Still not sure it makes sense to repair it to sell with CRC knocking them out for 170 euro
