I have one of the 2013 reverb non stealth, im guessing it needs a service. There isn't much side to side play in it, howvever when I sit on it or push it down it drops maybe about 5mm.
I have made sure it has 250psi in, and I have bled it.
Does it need a service? if so, is it worth having ago myself (been quoted £75 so far some LBS to do it)

Following because mine is the same - LBS says they'll have to send it away for the service.
