Looking to put my 100mm dropper Reverb on my 120mm travel HT. Is anyone else running a dropper post on their HT and how well does it ride and any drawbacks or is it just a bit OTT?

I don't understand. Why should a dropper post be only for full suspension bikes?

That exactly what I have been thinking, just haven't seen anyone running one on a HT - if anything I think would be more useful for a HT.

I have one on my Ti hard tail, why won't you?
I could see a argument it would be of more benefit on a hardtail

Arguably more useful having one on a hardtail, as it helps prevent your family jewels taking a pounding from the saddle if you get things wrong.

Put one on my lightweight SS rigid, it's staying.
