The second half of it is currently being hacked to pieces by Forestry work. So now way through at the moment.

If you turn off toward the right at that crossroady bit theres a nice trail down the hill toward Peaslake but you do have to climb back a bit to do BKB, worth it tho.

Or at the crossroads take the small track slightly to your left through the rhododendrums and it brings you out further up the fire road that leads to the reservoir......

We are just missing out that whole area at the mo - pointless. Better to just nip around the fireroads (making sure to be extra nice with the speed if people are walking) and don't bother with the woodsy route.
