Just snapped my chain, only had the bike 6 weeks. Do you have to replace the link like for like, exactly the same make and model of chain? Or is it best to replace the whole thing, now there is a weakness?

No need to change the chain, just get a quick link or power link or even just re-join the chain - you're not going to miss one link.
