Righty,

Getting quite attached to my cheapo SS, but noticing the old Sids flexing and twisting (28mm stanchions..) when honking out of the saddle plus lacking a bit of control.

Like a bit more travel than their 80mm plus better control.

Just so happens that front hub is Hope Pro 2....so can convert to 20mm.

Can I do any better than the

2010 ones here - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=44493

That is a stupidly good price for a very good set of forks.

I had a 130mm set, 2009's I think, really blow through the travel very quickly, sold them soon after fitting, even riding on flatish trails the front of the bike would dive very quickly.

Are those minutes good then? thinking upgrade for gf's knackered Tora's, but I can't find much in the way of reviews for them.

I remember Manitous being out of favour for a while, reliability issues? They back in the game now?

They do look a bargain.. and going by the BR reviews the 2010 are less likely to dive through the travel like the old un's.
