I'm trying to remove the lefty off my prophet. I have loosened all the bolts. The top brace is away from the steerer tube but the rest of the fork will not budge. Any suggestions?

loosen both sets of lefty brace bolts (onto the headstock not the lefty itself), remove the stem, bash* the headstock out of the frame (downwards) and lefty...
voila, the lefty is now free...

* ok, don't knock 10 tonnes of sh*te out of it, but it can be a tight fit.

Mine requires taking off the big screw-on cap on the leg, using an external BB tool (let air out first), then undo the bolts on the top brace and silde that up. Then you have to bash the steerer out (rubber mallet/block of wood job).

PITA.
