Need to swap a cassette to a new wheel tonight - ages since I last did it.
Please remind me of the correct position of wheel/body/hands/tools so that I don't lose too much skin off my knuckles, or too much drinking time in the Punchbowl after....

and push down so that when it all frees up suddenly you can catch your nose/teeth on the rim.
