Sorry but I'm intrigued to which tyres you run at Cwmcarn on your full sussers?

For the XC course Larsen TTs or WTB Nanoraptor / vulpine combo, you don't need big knobblies for that course (or most man made trail centres for that matter.)

Yeah, you say that but I ran Ignitors on a demo 575 last weekend and was nowhere with regards to grip, admittedly i hadn't set the bike up correctly but all the same thought Ignotors would be just about spot on! And before you all start with the "it's man made blah blah blah" you must admit that some of the short climbs on the twrch trail are pretty technical for a trail centre?!

Used to ride 1.8 XC Pros. Then 2.1 XC Pros. Now 2.35 High Rollers.

Second vote for the high rollers, I've 2.35 on my long travel and 2.1's on my short travel. Soooo much grip....
