My fatty is optimised for 100 mm. Will the extra 20mm make much difference? Can I just run more sag?
If not do I need to get new bits or can you still adjust internally?

Took my fatty from 100 to 120, just an airshaft change. Bit taller and slacker with no discernible downside.
Edit. Ah, reducing. Never!

If you want to do it, it’s just an air shaft change, I had a 100mm one to convert mine from 80mm, but plans changed and I went rigid. Don’t miss it.
