Hi

I need to get some shorts and shoes and have a Halfords C2W voucher.

However, Halfords can't source Endura or Five Ten (Booo).

They can get Altura, Polaris, Race Face, Azonic, 661 and a few others

So, any other suggestions for baggies and Five-ten style shoes?

thanks

check out AM90.s on CRC same sole as AM40,s sticky ,but not too sticky, seem to have all sizes and stupidly cheap at mo. i bought a couple of pairs and after initial mudfest they are nicely toned down now!

Shimano eh? Yes I think they can get them actually.

The voucher is for a lot so I don't really need to worry too much; I was thinking 2*shorts @ £45 each and up to £80 for shoes.

The shoes do need to be proper flats shoes though..

I got some original vans exacerbate spd shoes from halfords years ago: can they still get vans these days? New vans sticky+waffle bike shoes about to come out, you see....

Shimano AM40's FTW, super long lasting and fairly weatherproof. Can they get Madison shorts? Mine are really comfy and were pretty cheap, so you might be able to get 3 pairs.

Shimano AM40s definately, best bike-specific flats shoe on the market. And for shorts, Altura Mayhem are very good but right now I'm loving the Altura Attack waterproofs, once you've done a wet ride in waterproof shorts wearing anything else in the rain starts to seem a little bit like mentalness.

Yeah I think they can get Madison shorts...

I had some Alturas but I was quite disappointed in them; they've lasted less than a year of not very often riding!

I think I'll look into the shimano shoes though ta
