i paid the alarm company that service our house £50 and he put another PIR in the garage and wired it up to the system. then it just becomes another zone.

I found some reviews of this stuff. I got a basic keypad one and it seems good to me. Seriously loud, no falsies so far. Beeps loudly when I enter.
