My trusty Gelert pack finally gave up the ghost on the last day of riding in the Alps last week, with one of the straps actually falling off.

Will probably stitch it back on, but need a new pack anyway - 20 to 25 litre capacity, preferably with 3l bladder and ability to attach pads and helmet to the outside.

Any bargains about?

FWIW I'm going to try Deuter when my Camelbak dies.

Too impatient to wait for responses to trickle in, snapped this up from Merlin...

Worth a punt for £30, even if it doesn't turn out to be as big as it looks.

Too impatient to wait more than 19 minutes? Wowza. If that pack turns out to be the worst pack money can buy, then you'll regret your haste.

Blinded by my eye for a bargain Jack.

I'm not usually a gambling man, but I'll take this risk. It'll add a little excitement to my otherwise dull week.

🙂
