Evening all, had a search through previous threads regarding Canyon and their service, dating back a few years. Just wondering if anyone has had any recent dealings with them?

Cheers

Owned my bike for a year now and found the purchase and delivery to be flawless. Recently had a problem with the rear avid brake, made one phone call to the number on the website and it was answered in two rings. They gave me instructions on how to send the brake off to them, assured me the part was in warranty and offered to pay the postage. Can't grumble really.

That reminds me, I must get round to sending it off. 🙂

Bikes great, uk pre sales service great, German post sales service not so good I found. I'd buy again though.

Couple of errors on the spec of mine and no response to my emails. Had to have a different colour to what I ordered and they shipped to the wrong address. Not that bothered given how much I like the bike but still..

They did recompense me on the colour issue with free delivery and box and I was torn on colour anyway.

Presently dealing with them, they have sorted out a warranty issue with some forks previously and I hope they'll be as good at sorting out this one.

Bought a Nerve AL29er last June, took a couple of weeks to arrive and came with a damaged down tube decal, one email (with photos), one phone call and hey presto - £150 voucher for my trouble or the offer of a replacement bike. No snags since.

Bought a bike from them recently, information about delivery time etc was spot on - from what they tell you about stock levels before your order, right through to the bike turning up. No problems at all with the bike.
