I am adding volume adjusters to a new monarch rt3, as it is high volume and my bike needs low volume... my question is what lube should i use on the o-rings when replacing the sleeve? its just the o-rings for the sleeve, would finish line chain wet lube be ok? ive seen tim flooks say this lube is good for stanchions. 😕

Seen posts suggesting wet lube but would have thought it would be too thick and sticky. Though depends on the lube.
Or just get Fox Float Fluid. Exactly what fox provide for the job on their shocks and should be fine on others. Not sure if people advise using grease on the o-rings. Don't remember doing that for the rear shock. Just smear the o-rings in Float Fluid and a dash of the stuff in the can and that was about it I think.
Stanchions I use the same stuff around the seals, but RSP grease on the seals when fitting and on o-rings on the air assembly. Fork oil inside is different stuff also and different again in the damper to the lowers, typically.
