Does anybody know what rear hubs the new Titus El Guapo takes? (I'm ordering the frame tomorrow)

My rear hub is a 12x150mm Hope Pro 2 evo - will it fit?

If not is there a conversion kit I can buy, or do I need a rear wheel?

Thanks loads for any help!

12mm maxle * 150mm won't fit
There are no adapters available

What will fit:
'5mm' * 135mm standard QR
10mm 'thru-bolt' QR * 135mm
10mm * 135mm bolt up (eg hope)
10mm * 135mm threaded axle/nutted (eg very cheap cup/cone hubs)

I'd go (as I have) with 10mm thru-bolt. Though its not like normal 5mm QR is an issue. I guess the chainstay profile has much to do with it
afaik you can get hope adapters to run somebody elses axle if you'd like to stick with hope
I went with a DT RWS axle as I'm not a fan of external cam QR levers, though they're not exactly cheap
Superstar do a cheap 10mm (or 9mm front) thru-axle, though not light with a steel axle
The american classic (from eg JustRidingAlong) one appears the same as the superstar one only it has a aluminium axle making it lighter (approx 80g)

No your hub won't fit it will either be 135 mm or 142mm I can't see it on their site no doubt somebody will inform you. There is no adaptor kit for your hub

Would a Hope Pro 2 Evo 135x10 Bolt up hold a 10 speed cassette?

Dunno, is it the regular or trials one? Regular would be fine, trials one has a smaller cassette body iirc.

If it helps and you can wait till I'm back from visiting relatives in a week or so I'm selling/splitting my el guapo... (Hope pro 2 on the rear of it, regular qr one, not found it flexy or ought)

Hmmmm, that may be very useful - what year is the frame?

Browse my previous posts for more info, it was new in Jan, is the previous model. Differences are the colour, 1.5" headtube rather than taper, and some cable stops moved. People seemed interested in the frame, so I'd sell just the wheels etc if you just needed bits. Frame's a large and I'm Bristol based, but could travel a bit.

Can I convert a 135x12 rear hub to 135x10?
I've found a decent wheelset, which I can use to replace the one I've got at the moment, but I'll need to convert the rear hub to 135x10.

Depends on the hub, some do some don't. Browse the hub spares on crc maybe?

Thanks - I've found a conversion kit for a hope pro 2 evo - I think that should do the job.

If it's an evo then yup. Obviously regular and evo pro2s need different adapters...

Thanks - looks like I'll be going nukeproof generator instead - I'm pretty sure you can convert them too though.
