Looks like a Moto-X bike without the engine....i'd like to have a go on one over sand and snow which is presumably where these bikes excel....but they do look stupid....
....and surely riding them on normal trails makes the rider just as ripe for a ribbing as the storm troopers on 6 inch travel FS bikes riding round trail centres?
