Since I've no longer had use of a van, I've had to take my bike apart to fit it in the car.

Doing this a few times has caused my rotors to rub on the pads. So today I thought I would try and adjust them but have just made things worse.

I'm going to take the bike into my LBS tomorrow, how much would I expect to pay to re-seat the front brake pads and bleed the front and back brakes?

if you're using Avid brakes gently put a large flat bladed screwdriver between the pads and use it to push them apart. Then put the wheel back in and pump the brake a few times, that will reset all. The next time you transport the bike put the pad spacers in that will stop any accidental knocks on the levers causing this problem.
