[Closed] Rattle from reverb stealth hose on a carbon frame

My reverb stealth hose rattles a lot on the inside of my carbon frame.

Has anyone solved this by putting some sort of sleeving on the hose?

If I pull the hose tight from the entry point it is then silent, but I am not sure whether that is a good long term solution.

No rubber grommet where it exits the tube?

You could make one out of Sugru if you haven't got one.

There is a grommet, but the hose is rattling in the down tube somewhere.

Get a length of silicone tubing (available on ebay), slice it along the length of the tube then place it over the hydro hose, inside the frame > job done.

you can fit small zip ties too, every 30cm of so - leave the tails stuck out at differentย  angles and they stop the hose moving about.

There was a long thread on here about foam tube to get to go around internally routed hoses and cable outers - search may find it.

I used a length of foam rubber door frame insulation (stuff you use to close the air gap between your door and frame - a foam rubber tube) that I had kicking around. Did the job.

Foam tube (some bikes come with this on internal cables from new)

Zip ties round the hose but not cut off (Like Di2 anti rattle clips)

The Jagwire stuff looks good, but nowhere has it in stock as far as I can find.

Have ordered some of this from China
