I've got one on mine - better IMO (more intuitive, press same lever for higher gear on either side)

the new rapid rise mechs dont have a thing to turn that takes up the cable slack, no problem if you have mtb shifters as you can tweak it with the shifter, but do sti shifters have that capability? im on campag and rapid rise and had to fudge a screw and bolt at the mech end to get my shifting sweet.
