So after moving my grips in and out for a few rides it seems my most comfortable position is at 800mm wide for my ape like shoulder width.
Looking at ordering either the Race Face Next R or Joystick Analog carbon bar.
Had Race Face bars before and only bad side seemed that the clear top coat scratched really easily.
Anyone had any experiance with Joystick? Not a brand I have used before but the bars are at a good price and tick all the right back and up sweep boxes.
i just installed Analog bars after having RaceFace SixC bar. I found RFs a little unforgiving and getting arm pump at rocky trail centers.
I also needed a slight rise to the bars (10mm of RF not enough).
I use the Joysticks in anger tomorrow and can let you know my thoughts post that but they look awesome (gfx right up my street) and the finish is spot on.
After having various RF bars and found them all too stiff (ali and carbon), I'd go with the Joystick bars.
I had two sets SixC bars on two different bikes and they were super harsh.
Ordered the Joystick ones! Came out cheaper than the RF too.
