I need to find a HS with stack height of 15mm. Anyone know of one?

there isn't one, the crank brothers stack height is the lowest and thats still 6mm to high at 21mm.
thread your steerer and fit a conventional headset and quill stem ;oP

Shite. Gonna have to flog the fork to get a longer steerer.

FSA stems have a low clamp height if it helps...
