A few of us heading up there next weekend for a ride, what's it like at the moment, looking at local news its fairly snowed in...what are the roads like?

thanks,
I did a search but answers varied from +5deg and drivable to really icy and -6deg with treacherous icy roads, hence the reason i'm asking again.

muddy but well-ridable on saturday, lovely and sunny and ridable on sunday. bit of snow on top.
no worries

Very Icy on parts of the trails on Sat with some snow still lying around.

the Q's is never unridable tbh

when it is bad the only thing is your brake pads do not last long

Up there today. Trails were lovely (and roads getting there fine), but there was thick fog so I didn't have a clue where I was and spent 3 hours riding about aimlessly wondering where I was. Luckily I found a spot with phone reception and Google maps got me back to my car.
