just sent my fox forks off for a service had no problems taking them off but ive noticed both bearings have pretty much died so will be needing new ones, i know i should of looked but in what order do you put bearings back in the headtube on the forks :/
You mean the headset bearings? What headset is it?
its on a cannondale prophet 1 so fsa
Before the edit time runs out change the subject heading for this thread to "Cannondale Prophet headset help" or similar...should get you more help as its not that regular a headset
Try the FSA tech pages...

:edit: out of time...oh well.
sorry i posted it and went out :/ thx for the info though
The bearings from an fsa orbit z fit - the bottom cup is not used though - cannondale use their own reducer cup. Usually cheaper to buy the orbit z headset than just the bearings. Bear in mind that they are marginally different in shape.
