Any recommendations from the great people of STW
I'd not bother with the two pubs in Llandegla as its not too far to Llangollen, (the Corn Mill is ok but pricy, the Indian opposite Somerfield on the A5 is better than the other one, the chinese opposite the Wynnstay isn't much good TBH) or Wrexham (the Try Thai noodle bar is brill - better than Daosiam which is ok, Anise is a great Indian.)
If you're in Chirk try the Thai noodle bar (B5070, signposted opposite the playing fields, but it has silly opening times), the Chirk Tandoori looks manky but the curry's are actually OK. Don't bother with the Lion Quays or the one opposite when heading to Oswestry.
If you want to fill your belly there's lots to choose from though, but that's pretty much it for good grub thats not too pricy or poncy 🙂

BTW, it moved a few weeks ago and its now [url= http://tinyurl.com/crvosh3 ]here[/url] next to the fish shop - park in tesco and its 1 minute towards town 🙂
