Can mtbs use Pennine bridleway = yes
Can motor bike trail bikes use public bridleway = no
Can motor bike trail bikes use Pennine bridleway = ????
Anybody got the correct answer?

Certain sections they can, certain sections they can't.
Roych Clough, for example, is a green lane and Pennine Bridleway.
