there's also a nice loop around fan fyrnych which you can do from Storey Arms. But you can make that up as you go along.

Waterfalls walk from ystradfellte is great.

The horseshoe walk around penyfan also lovely. Stroll along the canal from talybont also lovely.

I usually jump in the car with my girlfriend, get the map out and we randomly pick out a mountain as I drive(I base mine on the highest peaks if I can). This method has worked for us everytime and as a result makes sure we see every corner of the beacons and havent had a dissapointing walk yet. Cant remember the names of them though, wish I'd started writing them down so I know which i've done and which I havent.

The track over Craig y Fan Ddu (middle right on Stoner's map) is excellent in the downhill direction - right on the edge of a huge drop!
