Mine says "delivered" yet I haven't seen it. Amazon chat says "wait until the end of the day Friday 11th".

I've had this a few times and it's always arrived next day or later the same. Its been ticked off by the driver as delivered but hasn't actually been. I assume its either completely accidental or its about hitting delivery rates and things. I wouldn't worry.
Yeah, aware we don’t RTFM, but was just pointing out there is a note (with mine) that says to attach to tap for first use.
<span style="font-size: 0.8rem;">Checked all the packaging, but no card with mine (was the full kit), had already resorted to RTFM, but no mention of having to prime it in the 'not working properly section. </span>
When I eventually read my manual it said to start on the 0° setting until water comes out, I don't know if that helps.
