Just glancing through the Decathlon sale and came across a few things that may be if interest:

Winter tights for the larger gent for £15. Good these are, really good.
Michelin Lithium tyres x 2 for £22 - Good, solid winter tyres
Ultegra brake pads x 4 for £9 - Seems like a bargain to me.

Treat yourselves.

In decathlon sizing you do not have to that large....honestly

michelin Lithions are not winter tyres, I've got some on my summer road bike but I had a spare on my commuter bike, it wore down very quickly and was susceptible to punctures

ultegra pads are a winner though !

Decathlon sizing is just correct sizing rather trying to flatter the fatter.

That is very fair. I'm 6'4", 15 ish stone and wear XL in Decathlon shorts, this seems reasonable. It's cycling kit, it's meant to be fitted/tight.

+1

Greipel would be XL
Pantani would be S.

Blooming brilliant sale. Just picked up full and short 700 bib tights and a wind proof gillet for less than £50. I am 6'4" 16 stone and fit well into XXL which seems spot on compared to Italian sixing where I don't fit in anything at all.
