Was cracking that, reminded me of doing photos hoots in the alps, so much time to get one shot

This was exposed enough for me though [img] [/img]

That was amazing.

I hate heights and have a terrible fear of falling, strangely I was more put off by the shots of them making it than I was by the final cut.

Best of all, we only have FreeSat on the telly in the bedroom so I watched it snuggled under the duvet with an alarmingly enthusiastic LittleMissMC.

Cheers, OP. I'm a bit of a weirdo, as always more interested in the making off, rather than the finished product.

Will this be on Iplayer?

bbc.co.uk/scotland then iPlayer > BBC1.
Good programme, the bits showing him preparing to ride the ridge were more vertigo inducing than the actual film!

Mrs CD had to miss some of the more vertigo inducing bits.

I did think that if I win £100m tonight and spend the rest of my life riding my bike I couldn't do most of that stuff.

Feel so much better after watching that

Cased landings, mist, interminable slogs up faceless hills, mist, comedy falls, mist

Hello Scotland

It's not been put on iplayer right, tried it on the iPad and the TV connection just now and all it is is the news headlines before Eastenders then the beginning of Eastenders. They have obv not uploaded it right.

Will try again later to see if they fix it.

Yep, 3 minutes and 21 seconds of nothing to do with Danny MacAskill. Everyone else in the house asleep, settle down and... nothing. Sigh...

Collie's Ledge bit had me shiteing it and I was sitting on a sofa.

(I've "walked" most of the Cuillin but that completely freaked me out, quite horrible watching for me...)

Watched it with the kids, cue lots of 'can you do that dad?' Questions.

I went with yes, they still believe in Santa too

Well now they have fixed it on iPlayer we (me and the other fan in the house, 4 year old daughter) have just watched it on the telly, thanks to the joys of the Chromecast. Brilliant, and not a little sketchy with some proper 😯 moments for me. The 4 year old however seems to think it is normal, just what you can do "when you are bigger" her maybe, not so sure about dad!
Inevitably now started the YouTube playlist of all his stuff 🙂

4 Channel 2.4GHz RC Explorers Quad Copter

Was impressed with those rims not buckling watching a few attempts at that big hop across

V enjoyable watch on iPad whilst at junior peds gymnastics this morning. Love mountains love bikes. Doesn't really get any better.

Also impressed by rims and that SC carbon frame.....not sure I'd be wanting to buy it second hand mind!
Was it a bronson?

OMG ! I was nearly sick at the part where he dropped the rope so as to get the genuine hiking the pinacle shot. I confess I am not great with heights but that was totally mental.

I have to say the probably greatest mtb film ever on the ugliest coloured bike

Flicking through iPlayer yesterday with Mrs B100 - saw this and we gave it a watch - fantastic, even the OH likes and her boredom threshold is very low with things to do with biking.

Having read threads on the interwebs before about Chris Akrigg riding more natural stuff - couldn't help but ponder if this was some kind of response. ❓

Whatever the reason, was brilliant - been doing that 'hit something forward flip forward' for years mind, just don't necessarily land on my wheels, ever. 😉

His riding has gone off on an astral plane, I mean that was effing astounding.
I think that vid is the best one he has ever done, and it shows awesomely how his "street" skill just makes for a great all natural ride.
