Now I remember why I don't listen to Radio 4. It's soo depressing!

Even though it was interesting R4 somehow make it very very depressing!

Oy - don't spoil it iPlayer booting up right now.

ok, i've downloaded audacity, but how do i get bbc site to play through it? It only wants to open its own iplayer window. sorry to ask what might be a simple question

I don't know because I've never used it and I'm on a mac, but I'm lead to believe that Audacity can pick up the sound going to the speakers and record that to MP3.

So as a guess, start audacity, look for something which says record sound to MP3, get that going, then start iPlayer and get the programme started. Once the programme has stopped, go back to Audacity and stop that.

Cool. thanks. think i've got it working. will have to check in a bit to see if its recorded anything but the bars are moving up and down when people talk etc. thanks
