Documenting Paul Basagoitia's crash at Rampage and road to recovery (along with others). Well worth a watch - both sobering and uplifting.

Bit of a write up on the website and the full film now available on iPlayer.

I seem to remember watching something like this awfully harrowing about a snowboarder in the Shaun White era. Kevin Pearce? Anyone know the doc?

Edit - The Crash Reel.

Amazing film that. Want to recommend it to people, but it’s such a hard watch.
When

Spoiler
he rides his bike, I was properly blubbing!
.
Guess his story isn’t over yet.
Also, after watching this, Rampage will be a hell of a lot more tense!

Sitting recovering from a broken ankle here after a big climbing fall. Brought me to tears.

Just finished watching it. Definitely a challenging watch. He's a fighter, that's for sure! I thought the other contributors were pretty amazing too. Great PSA. Cheers!

Stayed up far too late watching it

Remarkable stuff, the stem cell stuff was obviously a con, hard to watch
