Just got an email code for use on packs of flavoured whey protein at [url= http://www.thegoodwhey.com ]the good whey[/url] meaning you can get a 20 serving bag for £8.37. Don't know how it compares to the big online guys, but you get free delivery. I'm on their mailing list as I got a free sample a while ago, and it was pretty tasty stuff. Normally I'm a bowl of cereal kind of guy but will give this a go after longer / harder rides to see if it unleashes the riding god I know is hiding in there somewhere 😉
