Bargain! Was just about to press BUY when I realised I have absolutely no need for these. Damn

Hahaha! Cheezpleez +1! I already have a pair upstairs (which are bloody brilliant btw). Someone already linked to these but they only had very weird sizes left before - must have dug up some fresh 'old' stock.

Are they actually any good on a bike or are the soles too thin?

They're alright philsimmo, but more like a really sticky skate shoe than other 5 10s. Which might or might not be a good thing, it's personal taste, I quite liked it. But unless they've changed, not actually very high quality shoes.

£30 is a reasonable price for them tbh, I wouldn't pay more considering how quickly mine fell apart, actually worse than Basics on that score. They looked worn out after a month and really were worn out after 6.

Thanks for the heads-up.

(I think... This forum doesn't half cost me some cash - but then I did need new shoes)

Thank you.
My pair are comfy & ideal on the bike but looking filthy now, another for town use would be useful.

Mine arrived last week after someone else PSA'd about them; am not a flat pedal rider - I bought them for non-slip non-bikey wear.

How's the fit on these?
I'm actually normally a 9, would 8.5 fit or go for 9.5 (for off bike general use)

I take a 9 in Vans, Dr Martens, and Five Tens, 43 or 44 in Shimano, if that's any use? The 5 10s fell between the 2 Shimano sizes

I went for the 9.5 and am happy, but then I do like thick(er) merino socks. Is 9.5 about between 43/44 as Northwind has suggested?

just missed the last batch, bought cheers OP (bought as casual shoes, may turn into riding shoes once theyre tatty which is my usual approach to skate shoes).

Honestly, PSA threads have cost me a bloody fortune the last couple of months (merino socks, down puffas, black friday garmins...) 🙄 😀
