[Closed] Problem converting Chris King ISO LD 20mm to 15mm

I have a conversion kit for my 20mm Chris King ISO to set it up 15mm. Problem is, the lock ring doesn't seem to want to sit flush against the bearing with the new axle, (no problem with the existing 20mm axle) meaning I can't completely get rid of the play.
I am using the old lock ring, which I believe shouldn't be a problem. On the new axle the lock ring just binds up about 1 turn from where I want it.
Any thoughts, or similar experiences?

For the interest of anybody else who stumbles across this post, problem solved after speaking to the importer this morning; old and new generations of the ISO LD hubs.

Old ones start "171" on the serial number, require axle with product code PHB322
New hubs start "172" and require axle with product code PHB331

I thought the two hubs were QR-15mm and 20mm+?
