Morning Folks,

As the title suggests keen to get any feedback good/bad/indifferent of your experience.

Looks like they ship from multiple locations but nothing appears to suggest that ordering in GBP will incur any additional taxes etc.

The item is available from a number of retailers but PROBIKEKIT have the best price by some way.

Thanks in advance 🙂

Mark

Used them in the past, never had any problems and would use again.

Spent loads with them, never an issue.

They are in the process of closing down (article on main site) but still trading.

They are/were on the verge of going out of business. Mike Ashley's Fraser Group is rumored to be about to hoover the company up. Personally, I'd be wary of sending money in that direction whilst the company has a slightly unknown future.

used them once, pretty slow despatch time but otherwise ok.

As above, they are in the process of being wound down.

I'm evidently blind as I cannot see anything suggesting they are closing!

Thanks or the heads up.

A paypal transaction funded by a credit card is in order.

Aren't you better off paying by credit card directly if its high enough value? As you are paying via PayPal you are relying on them for any protection?

By paying Paypal, that is whom your recourse is through regardless of how the PP bit is funded. Using the CC to fund paypal gives no extra protection as the CC->PP bit is a completely seperate transaction that as far as the CC company is concerned is completed regardless of how well the PP->retailer part of the transaction has gone.

It's not necessarily an issue per se, just realise where any issues should be directed!

Apols, I thought it was on the main page as part of the article on industry financial issues.

I've used them around 6 times with no issues and stuff arrived relatively quickly.
I thought they were closing (it was posted on here a few weeks ago) but I keep getting emails with offers so no idea what's going on

Used Probikekit loads over the years with great service

They are part of the Hut group who have said they will be shutting Probikekit down, this was at the begining of April 2023

The Frazer group (aka Mike Ashley) is in advanced talks to buy Probikekit

Id have no probs ordering from them if its showing in stock with delivery in a few days but id be caucious if it was something they were waiting for to come in and id always pay with a credit card!
