[Closed] Potholes - interesting experience

An (experienced roadie) friend of mine had an accident a few days ago due to a large pothole. It resulted in an ambulance ride to A & E with assorted injuries.

The local residents had apparently told the Council a while ago that the pothole needed repairing as other cyclists had come off and injured themselves there. One resident phoned the Police immediately after the accident and that evening the pothole was repaired.

It took an accident for the repair to be done so it's worth knowing that the Police can take action involving the local Council.
