If you have a Singleator set to push up, is there any way of getting the wheel out without detensioning the Singleator?

Thought so, thanks. Will either need to start carrying one of those Surly bottle opener/cone spanner tools or go back to pushing down, 'cos it's not much use if you can't fix a puncture!
