I currently have a PM fork running a 160mm calliper without any mount.

I'm looking to change the fork and the new fork comes with a flat mount.

So I need a flat mount to PM adapter for a 160mm rotor.

Do I just need one of these:

Almost seems too simple and straight forward ........

The post mount / flat mount compatibility question seems to be a complicated world but I used that adapter to fit a post mount calliper to a flat mount fork as you require so it should work.

Flat mount fork/frame to post mount calliper is easy I think. The other way is a pain, so you’re lucky.

Yep - that should work.

Yes I can confirm that I’ve used an identical-looking adaptor for the same indication.

It’s a murky world though. That adaptor will look weirdly massive but it will work. Proper FM brakes look really svelte by comparison. Also, unlike PM adaptors which are basically just +20/40mm, FM—>PM adaptors are front / rear specific.

I think I have one of those, that came with my flatmount frameset.
Can't see me ever using it, so PM me, if you want it for nowt

Yes - retrieved from the shed, and it's identical

No?

Shall I put it back behind the Ark of the Covenant, then?
