Think Im going to swap my pompino from a flat bar to drops.
Therefore need to change to cantis, got everything I need except the canti hangers.
Ive seen the rear ones that are part of the seat clamp, but, as the pompino has the slot at the front of the seat tube, will these work with the clamp split round the back?
For the front, I dont have enough steerer tube to add a hanger above the head tube / below the stem, so I need a front fork mounted one, anyone know where I can get one from?
I was looking for one of these the other day. Google is more useful if you look for a KF or Kona type brake hanger. Fisher Outdoor do something of the sort.
The clamp should work fine the other way around on the seatpost. Actually, the one on my Tricross has a little mark telling me it should be like that!

You don't have to switch to cantis. Just put on some long-pull levers - one type used to to be called DiaCompe 287Vs but now the're called Diatech something or others. Tektro also do long-pull levers, but I don't know what they're called either.
EDIT: these are the DiaTech ones

I know I don't actually need cantis but I have them and the levers already so don't want to buy anything else.
Sorry that looks a little ungrateful, not supposed to be !
Thanks for the input.
